Privacy

Public enquiry privacy note.

Silica Lab keeps the initial public enquiry intentionally narrow. The first step is for fit and deployment discussion, not for collecting sensitive data.

01

What we collect

Name, email, organisation if relevant, role, deployment context, timeline, and your high-level message.

02

What we do not want

Passwords, API keys, raw private records, safeguarding disclosures, sensitive pupil data, or any information better handled through a formal private process.

03

Why we keep records

To review your enquiry properly, respond with the right next step, and maintain an operational record of the conversation route.

04

Human review

A human reviews the enquiry before any recommendation is offered. The initial public form is not an automated approval system.

Need a route?

Keep the first message high-level and we’ll take it from there.
